Welcome to Sterilix. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our precision brass components, including but not limited to brass inserts, fittings, fasteners, valves, and custom-machined parts.
By placing an order or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Sterilix specializes in the manufacturing of high-quality brass parts for various industrial applications.
Sterilix manufactures components using high-grade brass alloys (such as CW614N, CW617N, C36000, or IS 319) as per international standards (DIN, BS, ASTM, IS). While we strive for perfection, all machined parts are subject to standard manufacturing tolerances unless specific tolerances are agreed upon in writing and verified via technical drawings.
For custom brass components:
Due to the fluctuation in metal market prices (LME), our quotations are valid for a limited period (typically 7-14 days). We reserve the right to adjust prices for unconfirmed orders if raw material costs increase significantly. Payment terms will be as agreed upon in the proforma invoice.
Brass components are heavy industrial goods. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and volume. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to raw material availability or manufacturing schedules. Sterilix is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or force majeure events.
Clients are advised to inspect goods immediately upon receipt. Claims for manufacturing defects or quantity discrepancies must be made within 7 days of delivery. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for non-defective custom-made parts. Defective items will be replaced or reworked at our discretion.
Any technical drawings, designs, or proprietary manufacturing processes developed by Sterilix remain our intellectual property. Client-provided designs remain the property of the client, and we guarantee not to share or use them for other customers without permission.
Sterilix's liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for any consequential damages, loss of production, or machinery failure arising from the use of our components. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the suitability of the part for their specific application.
